Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
Manage and supervise sales executives within the assigned area.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to the sales team.
Ensure sales processes and company policies are followed across the region.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
