Marketing Operations Specialist
Job Summary
EVA Equity Partners buys and grows B2B AI and SaaS companies. Revenue Marketing runs across that portfolio: positioning, messaging, campaign strategy, and content are produced centrally and activated at each company. This seat is the execution layer underneath that work. Strategy and content arrive built. You put them in market, and you make sure the results can be measured.
You support three businesses at once: Regent Education, Rival HR, and EVA Equity Partners. Each has its own audience, its own calendar, and its own systems. The marketing stack across them is also mid-migration. Regent runs HubSpot today and moves to Odoo, Mailchimp, and WordPress by the end of the year, with Rival following. You will work in the current systems and in the ones replacing them, sometimes in the same week.
That makes platform adaptability the single most important thing we are hiring for. Deep expertise in one specific tool is worth less here than the ability to learn a new system quickly, keep the data clean while it changes underneath you, and notice when something has quietly stopped tracking.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. Most of its value is reliability. Campaigns go out on the day they were promised, tags are right the first time, and the numbers reconcile.
What You'll Own
Campaign Execution
•Build and launch campaigns across email, landing pages, forms, and scheduled social, in HubSpot today and in Odoo and Mailchimp as the stack moves.
•Load and publish content: landing pages, blog posts, gated assets, images, and email templates. Format it, proof it, test it across clients and devices, ship it.
•Build and maintain lists and segments against the ICP and persona definitions supplied by Revenue Marketing.
•Run A/B tests as designed: configure the cells, keep variant tracking clean, and report the result plainly.
•Hold the send calendar across all three businesses so campaigns do not collide or over-mail the same contacts.
Tagging and Attribution
•Apply the campaign taxonomy consistently: campaign codes, UTM parameters, source and medium, and campaign membership on the contact record.
•Keep the chain intact from campaign to content to form to CRM record, so attribution reporting holds up when someone questions it.
•Maintain data hygiene: deduplication, required fields, list hygiene, suppression and unsubscribe handling, and bounce management.
•Test tracking before launch and raise breaks before the campaign sends rather than after the report looks wrong.
Reporting and Optimization
•Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting: sends, engagement, conversion, form fills, and campaign contribution to pipeline.
•Keep dashboards current so leadership does not have to request a refresh to see where things stand.
•Bring observations alongside the numbers. What is working, what is not, and what is worth testing next.
•Recommend and implement improvements to subject lines, send timing, form design, landing page structure, and list targeting based on what the data actually shows.
How We Work
EVA is AI-native, and that is a working condition rather than a talking point. Claude is part of the daily toolkit across the Revenue Marketing function. You will use it to draft and vary campaign copy, QA lists, summarize performance, and automate the repetitive parts of campaign setup. Practical fluency with AI tools is a requirement for this role. If your first instinct on a repetitive task is to find a way to stop doing it by hand, you will do well here.
The team is small, distributed, and asynchronous. Written communication carries most of the weight, and people are trusted to run their own work between check-ins.
What We Are Looking For
Required
•Three or more years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or marketing automation for a B2B company.
•Hands-on ownership of at least one marketing automation platform, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Odoo. Real depth in one counts for more than passing exposure to several.
•Evidence that you learn platforms fast. Be ready to describe a stack you picked up on the job and what you shipped in your first month on it.
•Working knowledge of CRM structure: contacts, companies, campaigns, campaign membership, and lifecycle stages.
•Disciplined campaign tagging and UTM practice, and an understanding of the reporting that depends on it.
•Practical fluency with AI tools in daily work. Claude preferred.
•Professional written English and at least four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time.
•Care with detail. Careless work in this seat breaks quietly and is expensive to find later.
Preferred
•HubSpot experience, which is where the near-term work sits.
•Odoo experience, which is where the stack is going.
•WordPress content publishing.
•Experience supporting more than one business or brand at the same time.
•Having been through a marketing platform migration before, on either side of it.
How Success Is Measured
|
What is measured |
Standard |
|
Launch accuracy |
Every campaign goes live with tags, tracking, and attribution verified before first send. |
|
On-time delivery |
Campaigns launch on the agreed date. Slippage is flagged early, not discovered late. |
|
Data integrity |
Reporting reconciles with platform source data. No silent tracking failures. |
|
Build turnaround |
A standard campaign built and ready for review within three business days of a complete brief. |
|
Reporting cadence |
Weekly performance summary delivered without being asked for it. |
Engagement Terms
•Contract engagement of 20 hours per week
•$60 to $75 per hour, depending on experience and platform depth.
•Fully remote. Latin America is preferred for time zone overlap; other locations are considered where the overlap requirement is met.
•Initial six-month term, renewable, with the expectation that scope grows as the portfolio does.
