Software Architect

EVA is looking for an experienced Software Architect who will own core architecture decisions, guide engineering teams, and ensure every product we acquire evolves into a secure, reliable, AI-native platform.

🎯 What You Will Do 

• Architect as Gatekeeper: Lead with an "AI-first" mindset where coding is shifted from manual syntax-writing to high-fidelity prompt engineering, input refinement, and rigorous output validation.   

• MCP Ecosystem Leadership: Architect and build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to expose product capabilities, enabling seamless integration between our internal tools, legacy APIs, and LLM-based agents. Protocol Modernization: Bridge the gap between old and new by wrapping SOAP and REST APIs into modern, AI-consumable interfaces. 

• Codebase Governance: Own the end-to-end architecture and quality of the GitHub codebase; ensure every AI-generated check-in meets high standards of modularity and scalability. 

• AI-Driven Velocity: Embed AI-assisted workflows (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) to 10x engineering productivity, transforming legacy debt into a clean, modern codebase. 

• Predictable Execution: Provide precise estimates and partner with Leadership on roadmap execution, ensuring AI speed doesn't compromise platform stability. 

• Engineering Excellence: Operate as a rigorous architectural leader—not a "vibe coder"—focusing on system design patterns that allow AI to thrive. 

 🔧 What You Bring 

• 15+ years in software architecture with continued hands-on coding exposure. 

• Strong architectural judgment balancing product delivery with long-term platform health. 

• Deep expertise in security, scalability, reliability, and modern engineering patterns. 

• Proven GenAI integration experience (mandatory). 

• Strong command of AI-assisted development tools and ability to drive adoption and best practices. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional alignment skills.
